It is an impersonal obligation so somebody or an institution oblige a person to do something following a rule or law. The lesson will give you the different types of sentences to use it with.
This lesson is for elementary students who wish to study or review English grammar, and for students who reached an advanced level, but who wish to brush up on some grammar rules.
