In this video, we focus on kids stretching and flexibility through various disciplines, including Pilates and Yoga. While these practices are usually aimed at adults, they can be very easily modified for the whole family to enjoy together. Just like adults, kids’ muscles and bodies can get stiff and tight if they aren’t stretching and working on flexibility. Tight and overactive muscles can be a leading cause of sports injuries for children, so these stretches can help keep their bodies more flexible and mobile. Also, having a focus on balance can lead to greater agility and performance.
