TEC headquarters is moving into a beautiful tobacco warehouse in the heart of downtown Lancaster in 2020. This historic warehouse, built in 1886, was once a vital part of Pennsylvania’s tobacco industry. Leaders in the cultivation of tobacco, Pennsylvania tobacco found its place in the market by growing tobacco well suited for cigars.

Now, 133 years later, this historic building, once the home of thriving economy, will be redeveloped to elevate its’ local and state economy once again.

In this new space, The Exterior Company will be creating a workplace culture which will motivate and inspire creativity and productivity.

Through its architectural design, we hope to create an environment which cultivates a synergy between our employees and our customers - because we know good business is never just about making money. It is about making a real difference in people’s lives- the lives of our employees, our customers and our community.
