2 ingredients bagels:
sift 210 g of whole wheat self-rising flour
add 280 g non-fat greek yoghurt
kneah the dough, roll into shape
optional: brush egg & add seeds
bake around 20-22 min at 180C/350F or until golden brown
home-made jam:
heat up 2 cups frozen fruits
add 2 tbsp chia seeds & bit of lemon juice
let it cool & add to container
