Red Bull Conquer the Castle is an obstacle course racing (OCR) event which sees participants step back in time and adopt the roles of Renaissance warriors and experience what it would be like to conquer Denmark’s Rosenholm Castle in the 16th century. On a 4km-long course, competitors must break down the castle’s defences, which consist of more than 20 tough obstacles, before they can plant the victory flag on the castle grounds.
