hey guys!! today’s video is going to be how to PREPARE for your FIRST PERIOD!! in this vid, i give 8 tips on how to not feel scared and how to feel more prepared when you get your first period! i think some of these tips could really help anyone out there who feels unprepared for the day they get their first period, or just needs some more info on what to expect, what to get ready, and what to do before getting their first period!
