Homemade curry noodles (ingredient list provided)

Home made curry mee. There’s many different versions of curry mee can be found in Malaysia.

Noodle:
1 packet of yellow noodle (or your own favourite of noodle)
Some roast pork
Some fish balls
Some fried fu zhuk
Some tofu puff, cut into half
Some egg plants
Some taugeh

Curry Broth:
2L of chicken stock/pork broth (for 3 servings bowl)
Some curry leaves
LKK fine shrimp sauce
100ml Coconut cream, diluted
Curry Powder:
2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons of coriander powder
3 tablespoons of red chili powder

Fresh Herbs (well blended):
2 big fresh chilis
2 stalks of lemongrass, bottom white portion
A few of fresh coriander’s roots
2 cloves of shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 - 2 inches of galangal, blue ginger
A few of candle nuts
1 ginger torch flower
1 inch of ginger
Enough amount of filtered water
Enough amount of cooking oil

Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
A few drops of Ong Ky premium fish sauce

Garnishing:
Fresh corianders or fresh mint leaves
