This stew surely hits different. Very little oil, meat seasoned to perfection and all ingredients given the TLC they require to give you that depth of flavor which is simply irresistible. But thankfully, it is on the healthy side, so go ahead and dig in!
Ingredients:
4 lb goat meat
1.4 lb bell pepper
2.4 lb red onion
42 grams ginger
6.4 lb tomatoes
12 oz tomato paste
¾ to 1 cup Avocado oil
1 teaspoon Anise
3 Star anise
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds
1 teaspoon dried Rosemary
About 12 basil leaves
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon curry powder
3 pieces calabash nutmeg
